The 40m² motorhome/caravan pitches in the yellow and green zones are designed to accommodate standard-sized motorhomes (less than 7.5 metres long) or small caravans of a similar size.
For all motorhomes or caravans exceeding these dimensions, it is imperative to take a pitch of at least 50m², intended solely for this type of vehicle.
Pitches of 50m² are therefore not accessible to vehicles less than 7.5m long.
Similarly, 40m² spaces are only accessible and reserved for vehicles less than 7.5 metres long.
For weekend ticket holders, the campsites are accessible from Thursday morning. You also have the option of staying until Monday morning.
Showers and toilets: the facilities are temporary and are mainly mobile structures. NB: Camping sites do not have a personal connection to electricity or water. There is no drainage in place for waste water.
Fire Safety Instructions: Fires, bangers, fireworks, and etc. are strictly forbidden. Barbecues are allowed as long as the fire (wood or charcoal) is contained in a suitable fire holder, as agreed by the Regulation adopted by the Communal Council of the towns of Stavelot and Malmedy dated 23/06/2016.
These are temporary campsites, organised only on the occasion of the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix and managed by volunteers from local associations. SPA GRAND PRIX intervenes solely as an intermediary and is not the landowner of the grounds. If you want to find a permanent campsite in the environs of Francorchamps, you can contact the Wallonia-Brussels Tourism Office
The campsites correspond to different locations and atmospheres:
o The yellow campsite is recommended to families as it is the quietest. It is also recommended to holders of Gold, Silver 1 and Silver 2 tickets as it is located between La Source and Ster entrances.
There is no food or drinks available at the
yellow campsites, but you can buy food and drinks on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. In addition, you are allowed to bring your own drinks and food. Be careful, glass containers are prohibited.
o The green campsite is generally more lively and is recommended for BRONZE, COMBES, SILVER 3, SILVER 4 and SPEED CORNER ticket holders. It is located near the entrance to Les Combes.
At the
green campsite, a supermarket will be available. In addtition, a sports club will be preparing meals available for campers to buy.
o The Young Village is recommended to young visitors. Parties are organised and DJs are on stage some evenings. It is located near the Blanchimont entrance.
There will be breakfasts, snacks and meals on sale at the Young Village.
